He joined True Experience in early 2021, bringing a wealth of experience from his 30-year career at Haldimand Norfolk Social Services, where he most recently served as a Community Outreach Worker.Dave is deeply committed to supporting individuals in achieving a better quality of life. Glenn Tocher joined True Experience in July 2019 as Work Program Supervisor and now serves as Work Program Manager. In this role, he oversees client engagement on lawn maintenance and snow removal crews, manages equipment repairs, and ensures the upkeep of True Experience properties—all while fostering meaningful community connections.Glenn is committed to teamwork, leadership, and client development, supporting individuals to gain valuable skills and contribute positively to the community.
